VCHS Athletic Clearance
In order to participate in the athletic program the following steps must be completed on an annual basis. ATHLETES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE UNTIL STEP 1 IS COMPLETED BY THEIR TEAM'S DUE DATE. ATHLETES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN A CONTEST UNTIL STEP 2 AND 3 ARE COMPLETED.
STEP 1 Physical Examination
Student-athletes are required to complete an annual athletic physical.Please click here to download the physical form to be completed by your doctor. The completed form can be uploaded in STEP 2 or turned into the athletic office. If you submit a hard copy of the physical form, please take a picture of it so you will be able to upload a copy digitally to HomeCampus. All physicals completed on other forms must certify that the student is physically fit to participate in athletics.
Physicals for the 26-27 school year will be available on campus in the high school office on June 9th from 1-4 PM and July 14 from 1-3 PM ($30 Physical Fee CASH ONLY).

STEP 3 Athletic Fee
Pay a yearly, NOT per sport, athletic fee of $250 to participate. The athletic fee can be paid online in STEP 2 with a service fee or payment can be sent to the athletic office. You may request a refund (minus the service fee if paid online) if not selected for a team.

FALL SPORT 2026 CLEARANCE DUE DATES:
Physicals-Active (non-expired): if active physical is not on file the day PRACTICES/CAMPS BEGIN, athlete will be unable to participate until it is turned in.

Girls' Volleyball: June 10
Cross Country: June 29
Girls' Golf: July 21
Girls' Tennis: July 30
Online Clearance and Athletic Fee if athlete is not cleared with online clearance and athletic fee, they will be unable to compete in a contest until it is complete.
